1/5/2008: Details on plans for 2008 will be posted to this site in coming months. Merchants interested in vending here can sign up to our mailing list to receive e-mail when an announcement is made. For entertainment, casual planning has the event going in a more family oriented direction for 2008 instead of being a music festival.

Crafters - think you have something out target audience will want to spend lots of money on? Entertainers - do you have an offering that would be right at home with our "Wild West" theme?

Vendors / Outside Crafters
The vendor agreement will be made available soon. You wll also be allowed to pick out your spot preferences and let us know (this page will be updated, so have alternate choices in mind in case someone beats you to your ideal location).
The
Des Moines Wild West "Family Fun" Fest represents the first opportunity
for outside crafters to vend at Festival Park. A few spots inside the main
street buildings will be available, and, if there is need, an open air "guild
hall" area
can be made available.
Some of the festival park building lease owners are going to be making their shops available, as well. Building size will vary. The smallest buildings are around 15x10, and some spaces on main street can be combined for a much larger space. See the craft show page and the food listing to see what we currently have, then check the new shops page for potential building availability.
Fee to be announced. No, no extra charges for parking or admission for vendors. Our main concern is making sure all the buildings are occupied for this event.

Outside Entertainers
Festival Park events make use of the local talent from the renaissance festival and other events. However, we are open to considering any unique acts for this event. If you think you'd fit in, make us a pitch.
